I would disagree with you on customer service I tried to contact them a number of times to confirm my order and the shoe size ordered and no response bottom line if they are wrong back they go I don’t tolerate non response from anyone that alone is my reason to cancel out
I recommend it for airline crew. Still depends on the person.

cole haan’s leather looks faux, it’s so thin, the punches Show it’s paper thin. I’m not a fan, and I’ve tried multiple times. These are interesting, look like actual dress shoes.
