  1. I prefer barefoot shoes for everyday walks but traditional cushiony shoes for sports (basketball or light running).

  2. 2:37 and then there’s people like me you after wearing regular shoes for 19 years, I started looking into orthotics( which I spent over 750 on custom pairs) and all sorts of different shoes until I came across barefoot shoes, and after wearing them for a few months, my feet have never felt better. But it’s just funny to me, so many things in the world are modernized, for instance, shoes, like who would’ve thought that we were made the way we were supposed to be barefoot. Oh, I know maybe the person who fucking made us🤷‍♂️

  3. 29 year old man with a hypoxic brain injury here, I had to learn how to feed myself, breathe on my own, and walk again.

I bought a pair of Hobbibear barefoot shoes to help with my balance (which is shockingly bad), I’m not used to it yet. But I’m gonna give it 2 months.

  4. I have had issues with my second toe always getting swollen in ANY shoe. Sometimes getting so bad it would hurt to scrunch my toes together. The top would be swollen, can’t see my ligament in my second toe from the top and the bottom would hurt. I was told by the podiatrist that I have a flat big toe bone on only my right foot. I am extremely healthy and fit. I just recently bought a pair of tyr barefoot shoes and I have seen more progress than I ever have. With also proper stretching and strengthening of my calves and toes.
